Return Information

All returns should be delivered to the Vision Sciences® facility in Orangeburg, New York. Use the following procedure to expedite returned goods for repair, replacement, or credit:

     Telephone your regional distributor or Vision Sciences® Customer Service, if you
     do not have a regional distributor (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).

      Provide a detailed description of the problem, issue, or reason for return.

      A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued.

      Complete a Report Form and include it with the items returned to Vision-Sciences, Inc.

IMPORTANT: Customers should not ship or return items to Vision-Sciences without first receiving the proper Returned Goods Authorization number. Items received without an authorization number or without proper documentation will not be accepted.

WARNING: Medical Equipment that has been used in a clinical setting must undergo the recommended cleaning and disinfection processes before return. Shipping contaminated equipment could present an acute infection-control risk for those handling the equipment in transit, both during shipping and at Vision-Sciences, Inc. Please contact Customer Service for complete details on proper preparation and handling of returned medical equipment.
